Do you think great design is out of reach?
REAL LIFE BUDGETS
This couple participated in the One Room Challenge Fall 2018 to achieve a living room on a budget that allows them to “Furnish Forward” with a mix of treasured sentimental pieces, vintage furnishings, reimagined thrift items, and a few trendy pieces for flair. This room was completed in 6 weeks with a budget of $5000 (design fees were gratis) Photos below show the progression and finished project.
“Richelle has a gift of taking random we said we like and turning it into a beautiful space that we love” - J. Griffin
Great design affects every aspect of our lives…and it’s more than just how our home looks! When surrounded by an easy-living home that supports "plenty of time to appreciate the “little things”, life feels amazing! And no, it doesn’t have to have a hefty price tag!
Designer Richelle Plett is excited to join Susan Matheis of Coffee Creek Interiors! Richelle enjoys working with clients to create a livable, highly functioning design plan. Whether it takes a few months or a few years to implement, she believes in creating environments that endure but don’t look quickly dated. Her design philosophy is to “Furnish Forward,” investing in the best quality furnishings - not necessarily the most expensive! Influenced by the book of the same name by famed interior designer Sheila Bridges, Richelle adopts this motto into every design project.
